Ingredients

  • 230 g ground beef
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 leaves curly lettuce
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 4 slices F. Ménard bacon
  • 2 slices Havarti cheese with jalapeño
  • 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. sriracha
  • 2 store-bought hamburger buns
  • Your favourite burger spices

Preparation

  1. Preheat grill (BBQ). (Note that the temperature can vary depending on the season and the type of grill you use, so it’s hard to determine the exact temperature.)
  2. Shape hamburger to make 115 g patties.
  3. Season with your favourite spices.
  4. Cook until internal temperature of meat reaches 165° F.
  5. Near the end of cooking, add a slice of cheese on each patty so it will melt slightly.
  6. Combine mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl.
  7. Top your burger the way you like it.
