Ingredients

  • 3 slices of lightly toasted sandwich bread
  • 4 to 5 slices of bacon F. Ménard
  • Whole lobster meat (lobster size: about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 to 4 slices of a tomato
  • 2 beautiful slices of iceberg lettuce
  • 3 Tbsp store-bought aioli (or garlic mayonnaise)
  • Salt pepper

Preparation

  • Toast the bread slices, slice the tomato, season with salt and pepper, then cut 2 slices of lettuce.
