Grilled melon with bacon
Ingredients
- 2 round slices (about 3-4 cm thick) of watermelon, without seeds
- 2 tsp. olive oil – half for basting, half for finishing
- 4 slices of F. Ménard bacon
- 2 tbsp. feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- A few fresh basil leaves, chopped or mint leaves, depending on your taste
