- 4 slices of F. Ménard bacon (available exclusively at IGA)
- ½ cup (60 g) rolled oats
- ¼ cup (36 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tbs. (25 g) brown sugar
- ¼ cup (50 g) melted butter
Apple muffins
- ¾ cup (180 g) light sour cream (it is possible to replace with buttermilk or with plain Greek-style yogurt)
- 1 tsp. (5 g) sodium bicarbonate
- ¾ cup (145 g) brown sugar
- ¼ cup (57 g) tempered butter
- 1 egg
- 2 cups (300 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2 apples, peeled and diced 1 cm (about 200 g)
