Ingredients

  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 meat patties (hamburger)
  • 8-10 dried tomatoes in oil
  • About 200 gr of gorgonzola (or blue) cheese
  • F. Ménard bacon rounds
  • Arugula (or salad of your choice)

Preparation

  • In a very hot pan, cook the bacon rounds on each side for about 30 seconds and remove from heat.
  • In the same pan, cook the beef patties on each side for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish half of the buns with a beef patty, a bacon round, arugula leaves, 2 dried tomatoes and 1 piece of gorgonzola cheese.
  • Put the buns in a preheated oven for 1 minute to melt the cheese and heat the meat. Serve immediately.
