Beef burger, dried tomatoes,gorgonzola cheese and bacon

Ingredients

  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 meat patties (hamburger)
  • 8-10 dried tomatoes in oil
  • About 200 gr of gorgonzola (or blue) cheese
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • Arugula (or salad of your choice)

Preparation

  1. In a very hot pan, cook the bacon slices on each side for about 30 seconds and remove from heat.
  2. In the same pan, cook the beef patties on each side for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Garnish half of the buns with a beef patty, a bacon slice, arugula leaves, 2 dried tomatoes and 1 piece of gorgonzola cheese.
  4. Put the buns in a preheated oven for 1 minute to melt the cheese and heat the meat. Serve immediately.
  5. Enjoy!
