Ingredients

  • 2 1 lb lobsters, cooked
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 green onion
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 slices cooked bacon, cut into pieces
  • 1/8 tsp. hot sauce of your choice
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives as a garnish
  • A few curly lettuce or arugula leaves
  • 4 hot dog buns of your choice

Preparation

  1. Coarsely chop the lobster meat
  2. In a bowl, combine the lobster, celery, green onion, mayonnaise, cooked bacon, hot sauce and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  3. Toast the hot dog buns on the BBQ or in a pan.
  4. Top the buns with lettuce or arugula and stuff with the lobster mixture.
  5. Enjoy!
