Preparation

Preparation

  1. Preheat the BBQ to maximum power.
  2. In a large bowl, add the ground meat, green shallot, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients well together, using your hands.
  3. Form 4 meatballs, about 150 g each.
  4. Grill the meatballs on the BBQ grill for about 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165° F. Season your meatballs with the F. Ménard pork spices.
  5. Cut your breads in half and grill for a few minutes on the BBQ grill. Meanwhile, in a skillet suitable for the BBQ, cook the bacon.
  6. When the bacon is almost finished cooking, i.e. after about 5 minutes, add the onions, which will cook in the bacon fat.
  7. After about 5 minutes, add the BBQ sauce and simmer for 2 minutes. Reserve.
  8. We suggest you add to your hamburger, salad, sliced strong cheddar cheese and the mixture of bacon and caramelized onion. Enjoy your burger with a salad and/or potato fries.
  9. Enjoy!
