Spring Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup grated white cheddar
  • 4 to 5 slices of bacon F. Ménard
  • 3 to 4 large eggs
  • 6 to 8 asparagus, sliced lengthwise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400 ° F;
  • Place the thawed puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Prick the surface evenly with a fork;
  • Bake the dough for 12 to 13 minutes;
  • Take the dough out of the oven and garnish with cheese. Add the raw bacon slices and asparagus. Carefully crack each egg on the pizza and season with salt and pepper, to taste;
  • Bake the pizza in the oven for 10 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the bacon and egg whites are cooked (with the egg yolks still slightly liquid);
  • Remove the pizza from the oven, slice into wedges and serve immediately.
