Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon, crumbled
  • Corn chips
  • About 20 black olives
  • About 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • Salsa
  • Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Black beans
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole

Preparation

  • Place the 4 slices of bacon on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 °F for 18 to 20 minutes. Once cooked, cut the bacon slices into small pieces.
  • Place corn chips on a baking sheet.
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes, red pepper and jalapeno pepper in small pieces.
  • Place tomatoes, red pepper, jalapeno pepper, olives, black beans and bacon on top of the corn chips. Cover with cheddar cheese and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
  • Serve immediately with salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
