Chocolate Coated Strawberries with Bacon

  • 15-20 strawberries

Ingredients

  • 6 slices F. Ménard bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 4 oz. white chocolate
  • 15 to 20 strawberries, depending on size

 

Preparation

  1. Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate.
  2. Once chocolate is melted, dip the strawberries in.
  3. Place the strawberries on a grill placed over a baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle the berries with the crumbled bacon and let the chocolate harden.  
  5. Enjoy!
