Breakfast bagel

Ingredients

  • 2 “all-dressed” store-bought bagels
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 6 slices cooked bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 slices Black Forest ham
  • Arugula lettuce

Preparation

  1. Cook bacon until desired doneness.  
  2. Cut bagels in two and toast.
  3. Cook eggs individually according to taste.  
  4. Place a bit of arugula on a bagel half, to make a sandwich.  
  5. Top with a slice of Swiss cheese, a slice of ham, 3 slices of cooked bacon, a slice of tomato, an avocado half and a cooked egg.  
  6. Place the remaining bagel half on top.
  7. Enjoy!
