Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 un) of nature Mejicano tortillas
  • 400 g of mechoui pork
  • 40 ml sour cream
  • A few lettuce leaves

Salsa ingredients:

  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 (1 cup) avocado, diced
  • 1 (1 cup) tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. (30 ml) olive oil
  • 1 lime (zest and juice)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. (7.5 ml) of  F. Ménard pork seasonning
  • 1/2 tsp.  (2.5 ml) chili spices
  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) honey
  • Salt to taste

 

Preparation

  1. For the salsa, mix all the ingredients together. Adjust the seasoning to your taste and let stand for at least 15 minutes for the flavors to mix.
  2. To assemble, place a tortilla in front of you, spread 1 scoop of sour cream, a bit of mechoui pork and garnish with salsa. Finish with a lettuce leaf and roll the tortilla.
  3. Enjoy!
