Ingredients
- 2 cups F. Ménard ham, cut into small dice
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 leeks, white portion only
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 large Russet potatoes, cut into 2 cm cubes
- ¼ tsp. ground white pepper
- 1/8 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- ½ cup 15% cooking cream

- Toasted pine nuts
- Toasted olive oil croutons
- A drizzle of olive oil
