Lunch box – Chicken wrap, bacon and ranch sauce and vegetable pasta salad

Ingredients for the wrap

  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked
  • 12 slices of Olymel cooked chicken breast
  • 4 tortillas of the color of your choice
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 Boston lettuce leaves
  • Vinaigrette or ranch sauce

Ingredients for the pasta salad

  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 250g colored pasta, cooked according to package directions
  • 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 C. tablespoon vegetable spices of your choice
  • ½ cup marbled cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes, cut into small rounds
  • ½ cup cucumber, cut into small cubes
  • ¼ cup green onion, minced
  • 1 C. olive oil


Preparation for the wrap

  1. On a clean surface, place the tortillas.
  2. Top with 2 Boston lettuce leaves, per tortilla.
  3. Place slices of tomatoes and two slices of bacon in each tortilla.
  4. Add 3 slices of chicken breast and ranch dressing.
  5. Roll the tortillas to form a wrap and cut in half. 

Preparation for pasta salad

  1. In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with the olive oil and mayonnaise.
  2. Then add the cheese, tomatoes, cucumber and green onion. Mix well together.
  3. Add the vegetable spices and the bacon. Mix well.
