Bacon Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 8 slices cooked bacon, halved
  • Store-bought pizza dough, thawed according to package directions
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons fresh curly parsley, chopped
  • 4 egg yolks
  • ¼ cup store-bought Hollandaise sauce

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F.
  2. Knead and roll out the dough to form a round pizza. Spread on a pizza pan.
  3. Add olive oil, grated cheese and parsley.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Once the 10 minutes have elapsed, take out the pizza and add the hollandaise sauce and the slices of cooked bacon. Bake again for about 5 minutes.
  6. Again, remove the pizza from the oven and add the egg yolks, carefully so as not to not puncture them. Bake again for a final 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
