Ingredients

  • 1 package (250 g) of  F. Ménard sliced bacon
  • 1 package Flaky Rolls dough
  • 5 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 cup strong cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

  1. Arrange the bacon slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven at 375 °F for 18 to 20 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes and coarsely chop with a knife.
  2. Open the package of bread rolls, detach the 10 slices of dough. Take a slice of dough, open it in half with a knife and place the bottom part on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the equivalent of 1/2 chopped garlic clove in the middle of the dough and cover with 10 grams of cheddar cheese and 1 tablespoon of bacon pieces. Close with the other piece of dough and garnish with 5 grams of parmesan cheese. Proceed in the same way with all the slices of dough. Sprinkle the remaining bacon pieces on top of the bread rolls.
  3. Bake in preheated oven at 375 °F for 15 to 20 minutes or until the bread rolls are golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
  4. Enjoy!
