Baked beans, bacon and maple
Ingredients
- ½ lb of F. Ménard bacon, cut into small strips
- 1 bag of 907 g. / 2 lb navy white beans
- Soaking water
- 6 cups cold water
- 1 cup maple syrup
- ½ cup molasses
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 chopped yellow onions
- 1 C. Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
