Bacon and cheese dip

  • For 10... or 5 hungry people

Ingredients

  • 5 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup natural Greek yogurt
  • 5 dashes of hot sauce (I used the Smoke Show sauce)
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 package of F. Ménard bacon cooked as you like (available at IGA)
  • Seasoning, to taste

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Serve with crackers, vegetables and / or pieces of bread. Or eat with a spoon, as you wish!
