  • 2 leeks, white portion only
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 2 large Russet potatoes, cut into 2 cm cubes
  • ¼ tsp. ground white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. salt (or to taste)
  • ½ cup 15% cooking cream
