Peppers stuffed with ground pork, couscous and bacon

Ingredients

  • 10 slices of bacon
  • 600g minced pork
  • 3 colored bell peppers, halved and seeded
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup couscous
  • ½ yellow onion, minced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups marbled mild cheddar cheese, grated
  • ½ tsp. tablespoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
