  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Crepe batter
  • 2 cups milk
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 6 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Vaporized oil or butter for cooking the crepes
