  • 2 cups cubed F. Ménard ham
  • 225 g spaghetti
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 sp. dried basil
  • ½ cup 5% cooking cream 
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 1 cup sweet peas, frozen
  • Parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
