Pulled pork burger & tasty mayo with lime




  • 4 meal portions


  • 4 commercial burger flatbreads
  • 1 package of F. Ménard pulled pork
  • 60g (1 cup) commercial crispy onions
  • 25g (about 2 cups) mesclun mix or arugula

Tasty mayonnaise with lime

  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) commercial real mayonnaise
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lime zest and juice (about 2 tbsp. of juice)
  • 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon red pepper paste (sambal oelek style)


Mix all the mayonnaise ingredients and let stand in the fridge.

Place the unopened pulled pork bag in boiling water and boil for 20 minutes. Drain, open the bag and put in a dish. Be careful, it is hot!

Separate the burger flatbreads and grill on the BBQ or in the toaster. On one side of the flatbread, put some pulled pork, garnish with crispy onions and mesclun mix. Cover with the other part of the bread previously spread with the lime mayonnaise. Enjoy with a salad of your choice.
