- 400g minced beef
- 100g F. Ménard bacon, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs. parmesan cheese
- A few tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
For the sauce
- 3 tbs. cornstarch
- 2 tbs. water
- 6 tbs. butter
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 500 ml beef broth
- 250 ml of beer
- Pepper to taste
