Ingredients

  • 1 pear
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 4-5 asparagus
  • 2 slices of bread
  • Herbs
  • Bacon
  • Raclette cheese

Preparation

  • Heat the raclette grill.
  • Cut the sweet potato, asparagus and pear into small pieces or slices, according to preference.
  • Crumble bread coarsely.
  • When the raclette grill is ready to use, place sliced bacon, sweet potato, asparagus, pear and pieces of bread.
  • Once cooked, cut bacon coarsely.
  • Prepare each raclette tray with the following combination of ingredients:
    • Pear, bacon and raclette cheese
    • Sweet potato, bacon and raclette cheese
    • Asparagus, bacon and raclette cheese
    • Bread croutons, bacon and raclette cheese
  • Place the trays under the raclette grill to melt the cheese.
