Ingredients

  • 6 hot dog buns
  • 6 sausages
  • 4-6 slices of F. Ménard bacon
  • 2 large firm tomatoes
  • 1 to 2 avocados, peeled and cut into pieces
  • A few coriander leaves
  • Sour cream (optional)
  • Salt, olive oil

Preparation

  • Cut the tomatoes and drain them a little. Season them with salt and olive oil. Reserve ;

  • Peel and cut the avocados into pieces. Reserve ;

  • Preheat the grill and oil the surface well or bake for 20 minutes at 350 ° F. Turn halfway through cooking;

  • Cut the buns lengthwise and toast until lightly browned. Reserve ;

  • Wrap the bacon slices around the sausages, fixing them with a toothpick;

  • Cook for about 6 to 8 minutes or until the bacon is crisp and the sausages are cooked through. Remove the toothpicks;

  • Place the sausages in the breads. Add the avocado pieces and a little crushed tomato to each hot dog;

  • Finish with coriander leaves and sour cream.
