Maple bacon crusted brie
Ingredients
- 8 slices of F. Ménard bacon, chopped
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 wheel (approximately 200g) double cream brie
- 1 commercial or homemade puff pastry
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Topping:
- Maple syrup, walnuts and maple sugar sprinkles
