Bacon-cheddar waffle
Ingredients
- 5 slices of F. Ménard bacon (about 1/2 package) cooked and cut into thin pieces
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese (I use strong cheddar) finely grated
- 1 cup white flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup plain yogurt (5% light sour cream could also do the trick)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
